I tested the 3 types of Tusq guitar picks in this video, the white as bright, vintage as warm, and charcoal as deep. This test also includes various thickness of Tusq picks. I compared the picks by drop test and actual guitar picking and strumming. You can hear the difference in tone using each type of picks. Please check out my video.
I replaced the set of strings of my Seagull S6 Original acoustic guitar with Elixir Nanoweb Light Phosphor Bronze strings. I also made comparison between the original strings and Elixir strings on my guitar by playing the guitar before and after replacement. Please watch the video to hear the difference in tone.
I compared here 4 different acoustic guitar saddles - bone, Tusq, Nubone and plastic, by drop test. You may view the video to hear the difference.

Info from Manufacturer:
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Dirty 30's Dreadnought Solid Top
The Dirty 30's Dust Bowl-inspired Dreadnought is meant to sound great wherever the road takes you. With a solid top and old-style matte sunburst finish, it sits at the perfect crossroads of classic sound and vintage design. Like the original Montgomery Ward mail order guitars in the first half of the century, the Dirty 30's Dreadnought is the perfect companion for singer-songwriters, folk stylists or traveling troubadours. All Dirty 30's guitars start with a solid Spruce top and rosewood fretboard, with bone nut and saddle. Recording King finished each guitar with classic extra-large fretboard dots, aged ivoroid body binding, satin sunburst finish, vintage-style tuning keys and historic Recording King headstock. This video shows a simple demo of Snark SN5 clip-on tuner. This tuner uses headstock vibration to pickup the frequency of the string being tuned. It is very easy to use and accurate. It has clear and colored display for easy reading. This tuner does not pickup the sound so it is very useful in a noisy environment, such as gig.
In this video, I reviewed and demo an Ashton D25 acoustic guitar. This guitar is Australian design and being made in China. The guitar includes a built-in tuner which is quite handy to keep the guitar in perfect tune. I compared the built-in tuner with clip-on tuner and they both gave same results.
